How it works

Four taps, about thirty seconds, and a card that lives in a wallet rather than a drawer.

1. Choose a photo

Straight from your camera roll. Any photo your phone took is far sharper than the card needs — we only ask that it is at least large enough to print crisply, and we will tell you if it is not.

2. Position it

Drag to move, pinch to zoom. The frame is the exact shape of the finished card, and a dotted guide shows the safe area so nobody’s head sits too close to the edge. You cannot zoom in so far that the print would go soft — the tool simply stops.

3. Add a message, or skip it

Up to 40 characters on the reverse, in one fixed layout. Most people skip it, and skipping is one tap.

4. Pay

No account, no password. £10 including VAT, with free delivery anywhere in the UK.

What arrives

A CR80 plastic card, 85.6mm × 54mm — the same size as a bank card. Your photo is printed by dye sublimation, which diffuses the colour into the surface of the card rather than laying ink on top of it, and then sealed under a clear protective overlay. That is what makes it waterproof, and why it resists the scratching, creasing and fading a paper photograph suffers in a wallet. The photo sits within a slim 1mm border of bare card, which is what keeps every edge clean and even.

Every card is printed and posted from Britain.

Why it matches the preview

When you position your photo we store the crop as coordinates, not as a picture. The print file is then generated from your original photo using those same numbers at full print resolution. We never print a screenshot of what you saw on screen — which is the usual reason a printed card comes back looking cropped differently from the one someone approved.
